The Services are an online, web-based AI-powered platform that allows users to interact with artificial intelligence–generated virtual and fictional characters (“AI Companions”) through text-based conversations and other AI-generated media.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We use personal information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services; generate AI outputs; manage subscriptions; provide customer support; and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use user-submitted content to train artificial intelligence models for independent or unrelated purposes.

User Content is processed by automated artificial intelligence systems. Outputs are generated without human review in real time and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

We may share information with trusted service providers, legal authorities when required, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.

In addition, we may disclose personal information, User Content, account information, and technical data (including IP address information) where required or permitted by law, including in connection with investigations of illegal activity, violations of our Terms of Services, or suspected child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”) or exploitation of minors.
